I have written to inform you that after much research and consultation it has come to my attention that you are of no economic value to me. I have purchased a bottle of Snipe (kills roaches, flies and ants), I know how to use and I intend to use it.

Fortunately for you I am dead tired tonight and I am traveling tomorrow. So you have two more nights. Thereafter you can either voluntarily leave or be forced out by me and bottle of Snipe.
