Days like this

Wednesday the 21st of December 2011, horrible day, terrible day. One of the worst this year. I wrote this blog on the evening of this trully unruly day, just to relieve some stress.

My being just had no response to this day:

Should I cry..... I Cried, didnt feel better

Should I laugh..... I laughed, still didnt feel better

Should I dance.... I danced (Dancing is a great stress reliever, tonight's song was Drop it low ),  felt a bit better

Now i am writing (hope this will do the trick)

Everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong, dont give me the crooked look, I am not exaggerating:

- I got what i call a "vavavoom" from a client

- I got another vavavoom from the boss lady

The above are related incidences that neednt have happened. I just needed two minutes to explain my actions, two minutes!!!!! But sadly for me noone was issuing out "two minutes" They were issuing vavavooms instead.

The list continues...

X PICK UP THE PHONE....
- I needed X to do something very important for me, work related again, and guess what happened. I spent the the greater part of the day 9am to 4.45pm, supposedly calling X on a wrong number. Yes, i was dialling a number that isn't X's and getting the not available message. I was quite annoyed with X because I assumed that he has switched off his mobile. By the time I realised that I had been dialling the wrong number, X was no longer in the mood for work, he was on his way home. Leaving me in a bit of a lurch...

- I messed up a document. One tiny mistake and the entire meaning of the document was changed. I put a 6 instead if an 8 and everything went downhill. Six phone calls and several apologies later and the error was rectified but it had already taken its toll.

- E was supposed to repay a loan , quite a substantial amount. I was so sure that the last sms I had sent E would do the trick. If someone had sent me an sms like that requesting their money, I would be the first person in the bank the next day. As you have already guessed, E did not make my deposit. I went to the ATM machine after work and requested a mini statement and there was nothing from E. (at this point I was tearing out my eye balls)

- And so I got home, expecting to rest and relax and guess what.... I find that my cute little toddler house guest had burnt a neat little hole into the bed in the spare room. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, she burnt a neat little hole into the bed. Says she was "playing with the matches". I just could not respond to this one, i was drained. And so we had a short little conversation about how she should not play with matches, thereafter i thanked God that it was a tiny hole and not the whole bed or worse the whole house.

P has decided to cheer me up by bringing me our good friend Mr Vice, I am going to mix him with ice cream and Coca Cola and enjoy him while watching the 7th season of Sex and the City. I could really do with a big bear hug, and for that I have enlisted my Teddies to offer their services

Good Night folks, we can only hope that tomorrow will be a better day....

p.s blogging did work, I am feeling much better already
