Today is my Birthday, yes it is...
Today is my Birthday Again!!!! Ok so it isn’t, but my friend Prim said we can share hers, so it is my Birthday Again Today!!!!
I got home last night only to find a frog in my room….what to do… what to do…. I looked for who I thought would play the role of Prince Charming but unfortunately for me, he was too busy enjoying Ladies Night on a Thursday to come and help this Damsel in Distress. So what was I to do? I decided to move my teddies and I over to Prim’s room for the night. There was no way I was going to co habit with a frog.
So I set my alarm for midnight, I wanted to be the first to wish Prim a Happy birthday. I did with must enthusiasm and she said “thank you” and rolled over and went back to sleep. I don’t blame her, it was midnight.
Fast forward to 05.30, this is the part when today becomes my birthday too. Prim and I busy going about our cleaning business and all of a sudden her phone turns into a call centre. It was sms after sms and calls in between. And I must say I was getting a tad bit envious.
So here is the conversation that followed;
T: I want another birthday
P: We can share mine
T: Really YAY, so how old would we be?
P: Your age plus my age and we divide that by two
T: Ok, so we are 25 years old
P: 25 sounds good
T: yes it does
Today is Prim’s birthday (and mine too), HAPPY BIRTHDAY PRIM. May God Bless you with much joy, wisdom, peace and love in this your 26th year.
ooooh this is so sweet...i think im going to cry. thanks love, you are the sweetest. but we still gotta deal with the frog but i dnt mind having you and bob in my room for longer, so i think we will just leave the frog in there for a while. i had to go back to sleep coz i feared that the energy drink would kick in again.
